We make Lemon Drop because we believe in it. If it's not right for you, we don't want your money.
The 30-day promise
Every order of Return Hydration comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you've tried Lemon Drop and it's not the right fit, email us and we'll refund your order in full.
How to request a refund
Email hello@returnhydration.com within 30 days of your order delivery date. Include your order number in the subject line.
We process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear in your account 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
What's covered
- One-time purchases: Full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery.
- First subscription order: Full refund within 30 days of delivery, even if you've already opened the jar.
What we ask of you
.If you received a damaged or incorrect order, please send a photo with your email and we'll get a replacement to you at no cost. The 30-day window doesn't apply to damage or fulfillment errors.
Subscription cancellations
Canceling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard, or email us and we'll do it for you. There are no cancellation fees.
Shipping costs
For one-time orders, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For subscription orders, shipping is included, so there's no separate shipping charge to refund.
Refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example, a customer who has previously been refunded multiple times and continues to reorder. This is rare and we'll always explain our reasoning if it ever applies.
