Who we are

Return Hydration is operated by The Return Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean The Return Group LLC. References to "you" or "your" mean you, the customer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from returnhydration.com. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 and the information you provide is accurate.

Products and pricing

Products. We sell Lemon Drop, an electrolyte drink mix. Lemon Drop is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to display accurate pricing, but if a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

Sales tax. We collect sales tax where required by law.

Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

One-time orders

A one-time order is a single purchase. You will be charged once for the order at the price shown at checkout. We will ship your order according to our Shipping Policy.

Subscription orders

This is the most important section to read carefully.

When you sign up for a Return Hydration subscription, you are agreeing to recurring monthly purchases at the subscription price shown at checkout. Here is exactly how that works.

Billing cycle. Your subscription is billed every 30 days from the date of your first order. The charge is automatic.

Subscription price. The subscription price is locked in for as long as your subscription is active however pricing may be updated over time. In that case, you will be notified via email at least 3 days prior to subscription renewal with the option to cancel free of charge.

Free shipping. Shipping is included on every subscription order.

Reminder before each renewal. We send an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. This is your chance to skip, pause, or cancel before the next charge.

How to skip, pause, or cancel. You can manage your subscription anytime by:

There are no cancellation fees. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel after the first order.

California residents. Under California's Auto-Renewal Law, you have the right to cancel your subscription anytime. We will email you a confirmation of your subscription enrollment and renewal terms. You can cancel by emailing hello@returnhydration.com or by managing your subscription in your account dashboard.

Failed payments. If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt the charge again over the following days. If the payment continues to fail, we will pause your subscription and notify you by email. Your subscription will not resume until you update your payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The short version: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we offer discount codes or promotional offers. Each code has its own terms (minimum order, expiration, single-use, etc.) which are stated at the time of the offer. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse or attempt to abuse promotional offers.

Health disclaimer

Return Hydration sells dietary supplements. The statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Lemon Drop is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are taking medication, or have any concerns about your health, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before using Lemon Drop. Always read the product label and ingredient panel before use.

Intellectual property

The Return Hydration name, logo, product designs, photographs, copy, and other materials on returnhydration.com are owned by The Return Group LLC or our licensors. You may not use any of these materials without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use within the website itself (for example, browsing and ordering).

User-generated content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content to us or to our social media accounts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution if appropriate.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, false, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Return Group LLC, our affiliates, and our employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the products at issue.

This section does not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify The Return Group LLC against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and for material changes, we'll notify customers by email. Continued use of returnhydration.com after the changes go live constitutes acceptance.
