Shipping policy

All U.S. orders ship free, including one-time purchases and subscription deliveries.
Shipping charges
- One-time orders: FREE U.S. shipping
- Subscription deliveries: FREE U.S. shipping
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays usually ship the next business day.
Estimated delivery
Most orders within the contiguous United States arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take approximately 5–8 business days. Carrier delays may occasionally affect these estimates.
Tracking
We will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout when your order ships.
Address changes
Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters fulfillment.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or your order arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
