We ship Lemon Drop from our fulfillment partner in Draper, Utah. Here's exactly what to expect.
Where we ship
Return Hydration ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
We do not currently ship internationally. If you're outside the US and would like to be notified when we expand, email hello@returnhydration.com and we'll add you to the list.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm Mountain Time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days for the contiguous US, and 5-8 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS, depending on your location and what gets your order to you fastest.
Shipping costs
- Subscription orders: Free shipping on every order, every month.
- One-time orders: $8.00 flat rate to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Subscription delivery cadence
Your Return Hydration subscription ships every 30 days. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal, so you always have time to skip, pause, or cancel before the next order is processed.
You can manage everything from your account dashboard at any time.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, your tracking number is sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email hello@returnhydration.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo to hello@returnhydration.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbors and household first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and, in most cases, send a replacement.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, log into your account or email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to redirect it.
