What's covered

Return Hydration's subscription is a recurring monthly purchase of Lemon Drop. By signing up, you agree to recurring monthly purchases at the subscription price shown at checkout until you cancel.

Billing cycle and price

Billing cycle. Your subscription is billed every 30 days from the date of your first order. The charge is automatic.

Subscription price. The subscription price for Lemon Drop is $44.95 per month, which is $20 less than the one-time purchase price of $64.95. The subscription price is locked in for as long as your subscription is active and uninterrupted, even if our regular pricing changes.

Free shipping. Shipping is included on every subscription order.

Reminder before each renewal

We send an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. This is your chance to skip, pause, or cancel before the next charge.

How to skip, pause, or cancel

There are no cancellation fees. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel after the first order. We will process cancellation requests within one business day.

California residents

Under California's Auto-Renewal Law, you have the right to cancel your subscription anytime. We will email you a confirmation of your subscription enrollment and renewal terms. You can cancel by emailing hello@returnhydration.com or by managing your subscription in your account dashboard.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt the charge again over the following days. If the payment continues to fail, we will pause your subscription and notify you by email. Your subscription will not resume until you update your payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The short version: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order.
